Chancy Private Accounts

There is a Colorado-based company (HSA for America) that helps individuals and companies set up individual HSA plans and shop for inexpensive health insurance coverage. I’ve been perusing their website, and they appear to be a pretty informed group.

They even keep an HSA policy blog.

Maybe Senator Ted Kennedy should take a look at their website, after his tirade the other day about integrating HSAs into the Medicare system.

“This is yet another attack on Medicare. [They] tried to replace the guarantee of Social Security with chancy private accounts, and now they’re attempting the same thing with Medicare.”

Hmmm. … I wonder how many “chancy private accounts” the Kennedy’s keep? Probably none, right? Right.
