David Hunn at the Post-Dispatch‘s education blog writes today that charter school enrollment in St. Louis increased by roughly 25 percent over last year’s numbers. As Hunn’s post points out, with 9,500 students in the St. Louis charter schools, the city has a higher percentage of its students in charters than all but a few other cities in the nation.
