You can find the full data set here; I have set aside Missouri's rates in the spreadsheet embedded below. To find the range of rates and plans that will be available to you, press CTRL-F (or Open Apple-F on a Mac) to open the search function, and then input your county. As you scroll right, you'll find the range of prices in your county, sorted by demographic.
