School Choice and School Transportation: Exploring Opportunities

The adoption of an open enrollment policy for Missouri public schools would require that our system for transporting students to and from school adapt to the new environment. Avery Frank earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics (with honors) and political science from Sewanee: University of the South in 2022. He also studied at the London School of Economics in 2021 and was inducted into the Phi Beta Kappa and Pi Sigma Alpha Honor Societies. His research interests include education policy and economic development, and he believes that the Show-Me Institute’s mission is not only vital for the state of Missouri, but for the entire country.
